It's that time of yeaaaar... and I'm on vacation for Halloween weekend! I'm so happy to be getting away! Work has been miserable lately, and ive felt very very stressed and extremely depressed. Whic reminds me, i need to go to my doctor and tell her my anti-depressants do NOTHING for my seasonal affective disorder but have helped me pack on 30 pounds that im NOT HAPPY ABOUT AT ALL.
My mom and I did our annual foliage drive through the Mohawk trail 3 weeks ago and it was awesome.
Other than that, Its been just me working on Machinegun Angel non stop, wasting time on iScribble, and work. Im going to Boston tomorrow with my friend and Saturday were going to Salem. I'm being a punk witch XD (OOH SO ORIGINAL) only because its supposed to rain and I don't want to ruin my nurse costume. I need to try to find a cape in case its cold!
OMG Another Anime Con is 3 weeks awaaaayy!!! I'm so excited!!! I get to be a celebrity for a weekend!!! WHEE! I also get to see my friend Kristina who i absolutely ADORE and I miss sooooo much!! I'm holding a panel for Machinegun Angel, and this is the official first time
MGA has ever been discussed win front of fans ive never met. I hope i dont mess up! I'm glad that i have Ed who is great at holding conversations! I'm also being interviewed at another panel... holding two more panels and attempting to run a table in the artists alley XD

| Writer's Block: Most memorable concert |

I went to Boston to see Savage Garden in 2000. I was absolutely obsessed with them at the time, and it was the first time i ever got to actually see a band i loved so much in person. I remember it was raining so hard that day, and cloudy when we got the bus to go to the subway and i was sad it was going to be miserable because of the rain. But when we emerged from the subway, it was crystal clear and sunny! I remember when the lights came on and the music started pounding, and then OMG they appeared it was the best!
The band broke up 3 weeks after i saw them in concert, but i was so happy I had gotten to se ethem before they did. I actually still adore Darren Hayes XD He's so freaking cute.

For those of you who don't follow my dA, I have been invited as a guest to Another Anime Convention this November in Nashua, New Hampshire!
In addition, I will be hosting 3 panels:
1. Sin D'Angelo Machinegun Angel Meet and Greet. Basically, fans and the curious can come find out about MGA, talk about the characters, ask questions, and suggest things they would like to see. There will be a free raffle for everyone who attends.
2. THE DRAWING CONTEST (basically, a bunch of random artists are chosen from the crowd to compete, as well as an initial judge. Each is given a sketchbook and a bunch of markers. The chosen judge will pick a subject, and the contestants will be given 5 minutes to draw a picture that best describes the subject. The winner will become the judge of the next round!
3. THE DRAWING CONTEST 18+ (same as above but for mature audiences)

My mother is the biggest fucking bitch.... she finds everything possible to hold an arguement over...
In the past few months she has said nothing possitive she's ditched me to spend time with her drunk husband, and she has just been an all around bitch!! I invited her to go to the beach this weekend and she finds every reason why she cant go, or doesnt want to go... or that the weather is gonna be bad or whatever.... then... THEN she accuses me of stealing a picture of the cats.
A FUCKING PICTURE.
Ok, it was a picture that I TOOK, of MY CATS, WITH MY CAMERA, and printed out using MY PRINTER and MY PHOTO PAPER. So now its missing.. automatically I STOLE IT and gave it to someone. WTF. Perhaps it got lost? Maybe she should have put it somewhere SAFE if she didnt want it to get lost or stolen?? Its a piece of fucking paper, and she is arguing with me about it like i stole money from her!! WHICH I DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE DAMN PICTURE TO BEGIN WITH!!! Omg... So now its not the picture, its the fact that im lying to her, telling her i didnt take it, when in fact, im telling the truth.
1. Why the hell would i take a picture that i have on my computer and can look at or print out whenever i want??
2. Why would i like about it even if i did? Its a piece of fucking paper!
She just wants to argue now. Thats the bottom line. And bet anyone on my friends' list who actually reads my entries that she has her good for nothing husband here next weekend, then bitches when i have my frends over saturday night.

As some of you know, Conbust is just about 3 and a half weeks away! It is the first time ive gone to a convention (although a dinky one XD) in Northampton, MA. Besides the con, there is just so much to do in town! I decided to forgo Artist's Alley, and this con will be my vacation for the year, as i would like to help spotlight my almost-life-long good friend ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) trallt in the Artist's Alley!
For those of you who live nearby, We have a hotel room from thursday night through sunday. The bus terminal in NoHo is litterally a short walk from our hotel also. Any of you are welcome to share our hotel room for a low price of 50 dollars per person for the entire weekend! Con Registration at the door is only 20 dollars for all 3 days, so this is a cheap cheap con in an AWESOME town. I am also planning an evening at East Heaven Hot Tubs for all of us that thursday evening, and the admission price for that is 37.00 for an hour. I would like to make reservations for that, so im gonna need a roll call! I hope to hear from everyone who wants to come!!

Back when I worked at Toys R Us, (2003 Christmas season) It was around the time that the Sony Handi-Cam had its debut... You know that "You are my shining star" commercial everyone hated so much... Well this one lady definitely had Holiday Dementia setting in. Wel, anyhow, this crazy lady was asking me where this 'child's toy' was that could record DVDs. Not only that, but she thought it was for a child under five. I tried explaining to her that this wasn't a toy she was talking about, and that it was actually an expensive electronic device. I told her that we didnt carry them and she would have to look somewhere like Best Buy or Circut City. This lady proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, and told me about the commercial... "You now, the commercial with the little girl.. and her sister, and her boyfriend singing the shining star song... Then Geoffrey stamps his hoof at the end!" I had to bite my tongue to keep from laughing. She had mixed up two completely different commercials.
So After I explained to her AGAIN that this was a 600 dollar camcorder and we didn;t carry them, she asked to see my manager. I gladly turned the crazy lady over to him and she then tried to get me fired for making her feel like a fool. It didn't work. I guess we employees all got the last laugh as the lady slinked out of the store with her tail between her legs and made her way to Best Buy XD
